RETURNS + REFUNDS 

We know sometimes a piece doesn’t feel just right - even for our confident woman. If your MKEWAY item isn’t working for you, here’s how we’ve got your back:

How It Works

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund (minus shipping costs and restock fee) Exchanges are not accepted. If you want a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order.

Requirements for Returns

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items (if any) are non‑returnable—please choose carefully.

What’s Not Covered

We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered clothing.
Items with missing packaging or without proof of purchase may be declined.

RETURN SHIPPING + REFUNDS

Return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Original shipping costs and any restocking fee (if applicable) are not refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right—contact us within 10 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping costs and restock fee) 

HOW TO START A RETURN:

  1. Email us at mkeway.uk@outlook.com (or use our portal link) within 10 days, including:
    • Your order number
    • A photo of the issue, if applicable
    • A brief reason for the return
  2. We’ll confirm return instructions and address.
  3. Ship your item using a trackable service, and email us the tracking number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund.

Please note, returns are subject to a 10% restock fee.

PRE-ORDERS

Once orders have been placed, items/sizes cannot be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order.

OLD SEASON - NO REFUNDS

Please note that all old season items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges are accepted under stock availability. This policy applies to items that are no longer part of our current season collection.

We kindly ask that you double-check sizing and product details before purchasing.

Important: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
